We may automatically collect limited technical data including browser type, pages visited, and approximate geographic region through our web server logs. We do not currently use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or other third-party tracking tools.

This website uses browser localStorage (not traditional cookies) for the following purposes:

• Cart storage (key: fwc_cart_v1) — saves your wheel and tire selections between page views. This data never leaves your browser and is not transmitted to any server.
• Consent preference (key: fwc_gdpr_consent) — remembers your response to our cookie/consent banner.

We do not set any third-party tracking cookies. If we add analytics tools in the future, this policy will be updated and your consent will be re-requested.

You can clear your browser's localStorage at any time through your browser settings to remove all stored data.

We do not share your personal information with third parties except:

• Resend (email delivery) — quote and appointment request submissions are transmitted via Resend's email API to deliver notifications to our staff. Resend processes data as a data processor under appropriate data processing agreements.
• Legal requirements — we may disclose information if required by law or in response to a valid legal process.
• Business protection — we may share information to protect the rights, property, or safety of Footworks, our customers, or the public.

5. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. Form submissions are transmitted over HTTPS encryption. We limit access to customer information to staff who need it to perform their job functions.

However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
