Footworks Custom Wheels & Auto Accessories provides wheel repair, refinishing, straightening, powder coating, chrome plating, and automotive accessory services at 6610 Arlington Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32211. We also operate a wheel and tire inquiry platform through this website.

Descriptions of services on this Site are for informational purposes only. Actual services will be assessed and quoted based on direct inspection of the vehicle or wheels at our facility.

3. Estimates & Pricing

All prices listed on this website are starting prices and estimates only. Final pricing is determined after physical inspection of the wheel or vehicle. Factors affecting final price include:

• Severity and extent of damage
• Wheel material, size, and construction type
• Finish type and color requirements
• Additional damage discovered during work

We will obtain customer approval before proceeding with any work that significantly exceeds the original estimate. No surprise charges.

4. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FOOTWORKS CUSTOM WHEELS & AUTO ACCESSORIES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES OR THIS WEBSITE.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage not disclosed at drop-off. Customers are encouraged to document wheel condition before service. We conduct our own inspection at intake and will document any pre-existing conditions.

5. Warranty

Our workmanship warranties by service type:

• Crack Repair: 30-day workmanship warranty against weld failure
• Wheel Straightening: Runout spec verified at completion; no warranty against subsequent impacts
• Refinishing & Powder Coat: 60-day finish warranty against peeling or flaking under normal use
• Chrome & Gold Plating: 90-day finish warranty against delamination
• Curb Rash Repair: 30-day cosmetic warranty

Warranties do not cover damage from subsequent impacts, improper maintenance, chemical exposure, or normal wear and tear. Warranty service must be returned to our facility for evaluation.

6. Vehicle Drop-Off & Pick-Up

Customers are responsible for retrieving their wheels or vehicles within 7 business days of service completion notification. We will make reasonable efforts to contact customers via phone and email. Unclaimed items may incur storage fees of $10/day after the 7-day period.

We are not responsible for damage to vehicles while parked in our lot, except damage directly caused by our employees during the service process.

7. Payments

Payment is due upon completion of service before wheel/vehicle release. We accept cash, major credit cards, and debit cards. For lease-to-own options, separate financing terms apply through the applicable provider.

Wheel inquiries submitted through our website do not constitute a purchase or payment obligation. They are informational requests only.

8. Website Use

You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its infrastructure
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Site without written permission
