200+ colors. Gloss, matte, satin, textured, metallic. The most durable wheel finish available — baked on at 400°F, chip-resistant and UV-proof.
Powder coating is the most durable finish available for wheels — harder than paint, more corrosion-resistant, and available in hundreds of colors and textures. The electrostatic coating is applied dry, then cured in an oven at 400°F, bonding at the molecular level for a finish that resists chips, scratches, and UV fade.
We sand-blast wheels to bare metal before coating for maximum adhesion, then apply your chosen color. Standard gloss black, candy apple red, matte bronze, two-tone machined — whatever look you're going for, we can achieve it.
Our custom powder coating process — transparent, thorough, no surprises.
All old paint, coatings, and corrosion are completely removed with sandblasting, leaving a clean bare-metal surface.
Dry powder is applied electrostatically — the charge causes the powder to adhere evenly across all surfaces, including recesses.
Wheels go into a 400°F oven for 20–30 minutes. The powder melts and fuses into a smooth, continuous coating.
Each wheel is inspected for coverage, color consistency, and surface quality. Only perfect wheels leave the shop.

Powder coat is significantly more durable than spray paint or even rattle-can finishes. It's 2–4x thicker than standard paint and bonds chemically to the metal, making it far more resistant to chipping, scratching, and UV fading.
We carry 200+ stock colors and can source specialty colors on request. Bring a color chip, reference a RAL or Pantone number, or describe what you're going for and we'll find the closest match.
Minimal — a typical powder coat adds 2–4 oz per wheel. For most applications this is negligible and doesn't require rebalancing.
Minor chips can be touched up with matching powder or paint-based touch-up. Larger damage requires stripping and recoating the affected area. We recommend bringing the wheel back to us for proper repair.
Walk-ins welcome. Same-day estimates. No appointment needed for inspection.
